Partner training fundamentals

MUAY THAI BASIC FUNDAMENTALS

Whether you are a newbie or have been practicing martial arts for years, this class is your foundation. We start with 15-20 minutes of warm-up & conditioning, followed by drills emphasizing proper technique using the weapons of Muay Thai -- kicks, punches, knees, and elbows.

ADVANCED MUAY THAI

This class moves beyond the fundamentals, assuming all students are proficient in basic Muay Thai strikes, stance, and pad holding techniques. Expect elevated conditioning and partner drills in this advanced stage.
