MUAY THAI BASIC FUNDAMENTALS

Whether you are a newbie or have been practicing martial arts for years, this class is your foundation. We start with 15-20 minutes of warm-up & conditioning, followed by drills emphasizing proper technique using the weapons of Muay Thai -- kicks, punches, knees, and elbows.

This class moves beyond the fundamentals, assuming all students are proficient in basic Muay Thai strikes, stance, and pad holding techniques. Expect elevated conditioning and partner drills in this advanced stage.

Discover Olympic Freestyle Wrestling in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment. Our program focuses on fundamental techniques — takedowns, escapes, pins, and balance — taught step-by-step. Sessions blend partnered drilling, solo conditioning, and light live wrestling to build confidence, coordination, and competitive awareness without pressure.

Welcome to boxing — a dynamic, full-body workout that builds fitness, coordination and confidence. This beginner-friendly guide introduces the basics so you can get started safely and enjoyably practice. We focus on the fundamentals of punches, footwork and defense, and emphasize on timing, balance and rhythm as much as power. Great for cardiovascular fitness, strength, agility and stress relief.
